Modern management and staff development tools are based on statistical evaluations of surveys and feedback. Furthermore, thematic evaluations are essential to orient management and staff to the status of an organization and/or organizational units. SYNNECTA has developed its own survey and feedback assessment tools and has a substantial database at its disposal. Our surveys excel based on our specialized interview techniques and the following two reasons:

I. The reports analyze the survey results and draw conclusions designed to lead to direct action. A survey only makes sense if it produces results.

Our tools are designed as a part of an organizational development approach. For management audits, for example, we develop the evaluation criteria together with the auditees all the while keeping the organization's goals in mind. In this way the organization's goals are effectively communicated to management and are then integrated into management practice.

II. Apart from wide acceptance of the results and initiating a broad discussion process among managers, this procedure also triggers a willingness to learn. Accordingly, every audit report suggests concrete learning steps and a learning scenario geared towards individual needs.
