SYNNECTA GmbH was founded in 1998 by a group of experienced consultants to provide effective organizational development and process consulting services in the dynamic context of today's corporate life.
We are a group of approximately 70 consultants and trainers. We create comprehensive, integrated change and organizational development projects. By bringing together different group members and their diverse competencies, professional experiences and educational backgrounds we design measures that will give your corporation the desired impetus for change.
Whether within corporations, between firms or with clients, the social systems which support a successful working environment need both personal and group attention. Social systems management is our core competence. We have consequently focused on the following product areas:

An organization consists of people and groups and of the organization of these groups into functions and processes. Its quality depends on the consistent support and encouragement of people, teams, groups - that is to say, the entire organization.
SYNNECTA represents this interrelationship.
In addition to offering complete, field-tested products, we work together with our clients to design concepts that take this interrelationship into consideration. We work in tandem with our clients.
Only when we transfer our skills to our client organizations can development become sustainable and provide the foundations for more dynamic self-development. That is why we remain committed throughout, working as critical facilitators to carefully but resolutely point out blind spots, taboos and communication gaps within hierarchical organizations.
Our corporate dynamism is linked to developments in current corporate life; we are continuously developing new methods and approaches. We combine psychological, sociological and organizational theory knowledge with modern media and communications expertise.
